That's what Miyuki loves to be around. Tokyo at night just so happens to be the most beautiful place that the brunette had ever been in. And that up against New York, Paris, the Bahamas, and all the other vacations spots that her family had been to in her short fifteen years of life. Now Miyuki wasn't generally allowed to walk the streets alone at night, but as she had a late-night work out session for an up coming photoshoot her step mother and her father made an exception. The young teen was clad in a flowing white dress which hit just above her knees, a tight red jacket and brown belt with matching brown boots completed her look. Even after a three hour dance work out she still had time to reapply her makeup and brush her hair and place it back in the tight bun that was spun around on the top of her head. Her body was void of sweat, a freezing classroom often cured the dancer's from their nasty, sweaty nature. Swung around her shoulder was her pink dance bag which held her dance outfit and her pointe shoes. It was light both in color and in weight and it was small in size, only large enough to fit her leotard, tutu, shoes, and couple pairs of socks.. and that was if she managed to neatly shove and compact it enough to pull the zipper from end to end.
She walked gracefully, dodging most of the people was swam through the crowd the opposing way. She had taken this street many times before, but since it was getting darker there seemed to be more of an influx of people joining the crowd from their closing stores and shops. 'Why did I tell Mi Sun I would walk? That was a stupid, stupid thing to do Yuki... Why are you so dumb sometimes?' the young teen thought, rolling her eyes and grunting softly in frustration. The worst was waiting for the pedestrian crosswalk signal to read 'go'. For those times she had to wait, squished inside the crowd of large, scary and unfamiliar people. On occasion one would sneeze, cough, or get a phone call which would become a long and annoying conversation about dinner or something nasty about what an older couple would do when their children were out at their friend's houses. 'Some people have no class!'
Miyuki eyed the crosswalk sign, silently swearing at it as she waited. When it turned green, the crowd would shift gears and hustle across. Miyuki maintained the same pace as to not get trampled and to not run into the man in front of her. City walking was an art that the young teen had learned many years ago when she first started her modeling career. You had to be on time, so you needed to time your pace and estimate your time of arrival down to seconds. It wasn't long before Miyuki had turned down a different street than most of the crowd, which allowed her to pick up her pace in order to arrive at her destination: home. You see, it was a Friday night and she wanted to get out on the town, possibly go shopping or call her friends down from their third story bedrooms in an act of defiance to their curfews to hang out. As she went further and further down this street, though, things got less and less rememberable and before the brunette girl noticed, she had no idea where she was in the large city.
"Oh what else could go wrong!" she hissed, throwing her eyes up to the sky as if daring it to rain down on her. Luckily it didn't, else Miyuki might have turned into Godzilla and begin to destroy the surrounding buildings. She turned on her heel, heading back the way she came. Pulling out her cellphone she attempted to send a text to her brother Yuudai. He could drive and come and find her, bring her back home safely to their estate. However, as she walked with her eyes glued to her small screen, she bumped into a solid.. thing. She stumbled back slightly, her rage ever growing. "Watch it," she growled, shaking her head in disbelief. The person looked at her almost like it could have been her fault. Ha, that was funny. She continued to pound on her keys in frustration as she looked back up to see what street corner she had wound up on. After that, she sent the text to her brother, pushed her back against the nearby building, and waited for a reply. 'Life sucks sometimes.'

Walking. Why had he thought this to be a good idea? Walking alone. His blind spot was always a problem, especially in busy places. People were just constantly bumping into him because he would get in the way and then yelling at him telling him to be more careful. As if the patch on his eye wasn't a dead give away that he couldn't see where they were coming from. He had just left a shooting range, really just to watch today. He hadn't felt up to it, but he liked watching. He should have called for a ride, because this had to be the worst experience ever. But he didn't want to back out now, his parents would scold him for being indecisive. They didn't really know how to handle children well, he'd learned while being their only child. But, enough of that, he had to focus so he wouldn't get bumped into anymore. He tried desperately to see to the right with his left eye, leaning his head forward and tilted slightly, but unable to see much of his left because of this. It was hard to believe he was still trying to act like he could still do everything a person with normal sight could do. He wouldn't admit to not being able to do what a normal person could do. He hadn't had to cross a road yet, but eventually he would have to. He would need to eventually, and he dreaded the thought. Hey, whatcha worried about? We'll be fine!
When Trevor finally managed to make his way to as far as he could go without crossing, he stared across the street with a terrified look before huffing out a sigh and sitting up against the building behind him. He looked down at the clothes he was wearing, not very interesting today, he thought. His boots were rather plain, and so were his pants. His shirt had a a strange combination of patterns he had drawn himself, the patterns being black and the shirt being white. He had a black headband and his usual earrings and he quite liked those. His hand reached to tap the bottom of his black boots and he raised an eyebrow at the odd sound. Perhaps he'd never tapped his boots with his hand before. Probably; he'd never found a reason. Sitting and trying to hold off walking to his death was a good reason though. Yes, quite the good reason indeed. Maybe if he ran he'd make it across fine. Or he'd run right in front of a car. His hand reached up to his eye-patch and he frowned as he thought about how easily he could die just because he was missing an eye. He could get hit by a car or shot by someone or stabbed by someone or eaten by a shark... or... he shook his head and took a deep breath.
He stood up and looked both ways, nothing was coming. He had to force himself to take deep breaths as he slowly made his way across the street, one foot in front of the other, shakily making his way from point A to point B. Time felt frozen almost as he felt like he was walking on a tight rope, just one moment away from his death. This was perhaps the only time he ever got this way. Crossing a road. He'd always been warned, that if you didn't look both ways you could easily get run over by a car and die. And of course, being warned that and being unable to see to the right, he'd always felt much more vulnerable. As he neared half way he could have sworn he heard a car coming and began to panic. Instead of trying to look, he began to run as fast as he could. He ran blindly off the street and in the end wound up running right into a building. His face smashed into the wall and he winced as he fell back. His left hand went to his face as if to rub the pain off and he looked around, sitting up on the sidewalk. His eyes fell upon someone leaning up against the wall right next to where he had just crashed. "I'm sorry..." he mumbled in apology for the disturbance, still rubbing his face. When he finally stood up, he found he was rather tall compared to this person; taller than compared to most at least. "I like your boots, though."
Notes;; Well hello there~ Please ignore Trevor's ultimate fear of crossing roads, he just likes life~

Her focus was glued to the ground, her mind attached to so many other things. She stood, silently, thinking about all the things that she needed to accomplish... Like getting her homework done. She cringed at the thought. She had barely touched any of it, the only effort having put in was that she looked at the assignment for math... It was dreadful and she didn't even know how to do half of it. Miyuki's expression turned into a tight frown, her hopes dropping. Why couldn't she have been born intelligent? Maybe if she was she wouldn't have had to be standing there on the corner like an idiot.
She sighed, puling her eyes up from the ground to look into the bright city lights. Her mind was still contemplating, but her body was almost moving on it's own. But with a crash next to her, her mind and body were jolted back together. Miyuki reacted possibly more surprised than she should have, jumping backwards, letting out a high pitched 'Eep!' and placing a hand on her heart. Scared and confused, Miyuki stood there for a second, looking at the boy who had very mysteriously appeared out of almost thin air and crashed into.. a building. Did he think he was just going to go through it or something?
Her heart was starting to slow it's rapid pace by the time that the person- boy, actually, had looked up at her. She tilted her head slightly, he had apologized so.. causally. It was odd. It took a few moments for the shock to settle and for Miyuki to snap back.
"Oh my goodness are you okay? You scared the hell out of me, oh gosh, does your face hurt? Are you okay?" the words seemed to fly out of her mouth, not thought needed. They were rapid and strung together, her sympathy flowing with the questions. She just stared at the boy for a moment, then he stood. Holy god he was tall, but then again since Miyuki only stood at five foot three, most people were giants in comparison to her.. Strange, massive, giants. And this boy was possibly even more giant than the other giants. He was like... like the king of giants.
And a king of giants who appreciated.. her boots? She blinked a couple times after receiving the male's compliment, her mind still holding onto the feelings of fright and whether or not the boy was okay. So, almost like a child, Miyuki turned her head down to her feet, staying there for a moment as she tried to catch her thoughts up to the conversation's pace.
"T-thanks?" she stuttered, looking back up at the teen in front of her. Almost immediately she let her eyes wander about him, making observation of specific details. Tall, earrings, boots, red hair.. eye patch? Miyuki attempted to not let her eyes wander about the smooth black fabric for long, but she couldn't help the feelings of guilt that rushed over her. Either it was a fashion statement he was trying to make.. or it explained partially why he could have run into a building... at full force.. and act partially like it was normal.
"M-May I ask w-why you um.. ran into the um, wall?" This was an uncommon event for Miyuki. She was embarrassed. Embarrassed to talk. She loved to talk. Talking made her voice her, therefore made her important. But now all she could do was stutter and blush a little bit, feeling bad for having to ask such a possibly touchy question.
"Oh! I'm Miyuki b-by the way. Miyuki Abe." she added quickly, shoving her hand out in front of her. It was such a common-folk way to meet, but she couldn't remember anything else at the moment but the very basics of manners or etiquette.

Trevor scratched the back of his head nervously. He hadn't meant to scare anyone, but he supposed his panic usually ended up doing that. Because, well... his panic usually caused him to do something along the lines of what he had just did. "I didn't meant to scare you, I'm sorry! But, oh..." He hadn't even bothered to wonder if his face was okay. He quickly felt around his face with his hand and then looked at it. Nothing was bleeding, surprisingly, and besides the tiny bit of sore feeling, he was pretty sure he was all intact. "Yeah, I'm fine! Thanks for asking." Trevor got the feeling she might be sorta kinda... well. She seemed very aware that the height difference between them was huge. He felt a bit like a giant. He wondered what it must be like to be really short and look up at him... probably a bit scary, huh? But... he wasn't really an intimidating person, was he? It would just be the height... right? And well... she seemed a bit surprised about what he'd said about her boots. Well, really, it was a strange thing of him to say after running headfirst into a building. "You're welcome! I like boots, and other things. Though, I suppose I look fairly plain today." The last bit was more mumbled thought.
Trevor blinked at the girl as she asked why he'd run into a wall. Why had he run into a wall? Panic, right. Because he couldn't see. Because... he had an eyepatch. Because he was born with one eye. But would it be strange to just mention that? Perhaps he should just explain his panic, that was easier. "Well I uh... I uhm..." he turned to look back the way he'd come, then faced the girl once more, "I was crossing the road. I panicked, 'cause I thought I heard a car coming. I couldn't see if there really was one though... I just sort of ran as fast as I could... and well..." he pointed to the wall, "That happened to be there." He found it kind of amusing that she was stuttering, in a cute sort of way. But he supposed he wasn't doing much better at talking. She managed to get out her name and stuck out her hand, and at that he offered a friendly and comforting laugh, shaking the hand and then bowing slightly, "Trevor. Trevor Carrabba, at your service. A pleasure to meet you, Miyuki."
Trevor sat down, back against the wall, hoping that maybe if he wasn't towering over her she would get over her embarrassment, even though it was cute. Maybe he just thought of everyone as cute, because they were so tiny to him. Especially her, she was like a little kid compared to him. Little people were cute. "Hey, you know, I'm a friendly giant." Yes, Trevor didn't bite or crush or whatever. He was a friendly giant. More prone to stomping away than getting into fights. He scratched his head and looked at Miyuki, "I hope I didn't disturb you; were you doing something important? And uh, you mind if I just sit here for a while? I think I've had just about enough of walking..." He let out a nervous laugh, "I think this is really the first time I've walked alone. I uh... I can't see from the right... eyepatch and all..." His right hand went to the patch for a quick moment before returning to his side, he didn't want to acknowledge it too much. His eyepatch was something he didn't want to think about, ever. He was just as capable as the next guy.
